* Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenances for a variety of commercial equipment.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
* Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems.
* Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
* Approaching every opportunity with a learning mindset.
* Provide high level customer service.
* Actively participate in NCCER Curriculum.

*_Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities_*

* Understanding of HVAC components and terminology.
* Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment
* Ability to perform a maintenance independently
* Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning
* Basic knowledge of entry-level HVAC concepts such as basic electricity, air distribution systems, basic troubleshooting, soldering/brazing, etc
* High School Diploma or GED/Associate Degree or certification preferred
* Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices
* Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.

*_Education and Experience_*

* High School Diploma Required. Technical school preferred.
* EPA Certified
* Valid Drivers’ License//
* Minimum two years of HVAC experience required.

*_Physical requirements_*

* Required to stand, walk, and sit.
* Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
* Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls.
* Reach with hand (s) and arm (s).
* Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
