The Commercial Department at ICM Air Conditioning is here to serve all commercial air conditioning needs. We are a company that is committed to excellence in all areas of installation, service, customer care and all aspects of the use of quality name brands of commercial equipment.

ICM Air Conditioning technicians are heating and cooling professionals We maintain a high level of quality among our staff. All of our technicians are exspected to provide professinal services preformed correctly the first time.

Duties:

- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including VRF, VAV's, air conditioning units, boilers, and chiller systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and to make necessary repairs.
- Assistance with new HVAC system installations in Industrial & commercial buildings.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

-Chilled water hydronic systems, Pumps, Chillers, Valves
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
