Our new, groundbreaking Master of Science in Nutrition Science (MSNS) degree program is designed to meet the educational needs of multiple licensed health care professionals, trainees, and students seeking a rigorous graduate education in advanced nutrition science.
Qualifications:
The faculty member will have teaching and some service responsibilities in our nutrition program. Interested parties must have: Experience in curriculum development/evaluation, academic teaching using multiple modalities (didactic, online, academically based community service) and working with interprofessional groups. Content expertise with life cycle, clinical, and community nutrition, and nutrition counseling at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate numerous sources of complex information is required. Excellent writing skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are needed.
