Join our client's team as a Junior Inside Sales Rep. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and customer relations, ideal for those eager to grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior sales staff
Assist in lead qualification and customer inquiries
Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets

The details:

Temp to Hire
100% On-site
Hours- M-F 8am to 4:30pm (flexible start/stop times after training)
Travel twice a year (After the temp to hire stage)
$18-20/hr to start DOE

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2+ years of sales, sales support or relatable retail experience
Account management
Strong organizational abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education- Associates or higher or equivalent work experience
