At Rooted, we are looking for a Outside Sales - Landscape employee who is dedicated to driving growth by connecting clients with innovative and customized landscaping solutions. With a focus on building lasting relationships, our sales professionals identify customer needs, present tailored project proposals, and close deals that enhance outdoor spaces. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering customer satisfaction through every stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and present detailed project proposals, including design concepts, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscape construction or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of landscape design, construction processes, and materials.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and site assessments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
