Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various medical settings, including family planning, dementia care, and acute care. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and contribute to their well-being.

Duties:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team
- Assist in patient examinations and procedures
- Provide care for patients with developmental disabilities, seniors, and those requiring acute or outpatient services
- Perform IV insertions, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Skills:

- Proficiency in family planning services
- Experience in dementia care and senior care
- Ability to work in a Level I Trauma Center environment
- Competence in aliment management and IV insertion
- Knowledge of working with patients with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with catheter care and acute care practices
