Mac Support Project Coordinator

Description:
Our healthcare customer is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager for their Mac Team. The MAC Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) for office and technology environments. This includes organizing the movement of personnel, workstations, technology, and equipment while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The coordinator works closely with various departments, including IT, facilities management, and HR, to ensure that relocations and space adjustments are carried out efficiently and according to company policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Coordination: - Develop and manage detailed plans for the execution of MAC projects, including timelines, resources, and personnel. - Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Facilities, HR) to understand requirements and ensure smooth transitions. - Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for necessary supplies and services. - Plan for the movement and setup of technology equipment, such as computers, phones, and networking devices. 2. Logistics and Execution: - Ensure all equipment, workstations, and employees are relocated or adjusted as per project specifications. - Arrange and oversee the setup of office spaces, including furniture, cabling, and IT infrastructure. - Monitor progress and address any issues during the execution phase. - Provide regular updates to management on project status and milestones. 3. Budget Management: - Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for MAC projects. - Ensure that all expenditures are within budget and approved by management. 4. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of all MAC activities, including floor plans, asset inventories, and employee allocations. - Create post-move reports and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement in future projects. 5. Client and Stakeholder Interaction: - Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external contractors/vendors. - Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status, timelines, and any potential disruptions. - Gather feedback from employees and departments to improve future projects.
