Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists is a physical therapist-owned private practice that was founded in 2003. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics and partnerships in Alabama and Tennessee. We have 6 outpatient locations. We have an extraordinarily high employee retention rate and average years of service.

What we treat.*

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. Additionally, we have also grown as a premier treatment provider for patients with neurologic, dizziness, and balance issues. Whether you want to join our orthopedic or neurological team, we might have the job for you

Requirements for this position include the following:*

* Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program

* Active or pending state physical therapist license

* Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges

* Receive additional onboarding with online WebPT Tutorials

* Education and review of effective billing practices

* Front office tutorial

* Mentoring with owners of J&H reviewing mission/values
