Johnson & Hayes Physical Therapists is a physical therapist-owned private practice that was founded in 2003. Over the years, we have expanded to multiple clinics and partnerships in Alabama and Tennessee. We have 6 outpatient locations. We have an extraordinarily high employee retention rate and average years of service.

What we treat.*

Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. Additionally, we have also grown as a premier treatment provider for patients with neurologic, dizziness, and balance issues. Whether you want to join our orthopedic or neurological team, we might have the job for you

* Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program

* Active or pending state physical therapist license
