Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Titan Placement Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Columbus, Ohio.

This position is with a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on transforming care for the neediest populations. Their mission is to honor seniors with affordable VIP care that delivers better health outcomes. The organization provides transportation to patients in need at no charge, ensuring comprehensive support and access to care.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $140,000
  • Bonus: Up to $10,000 in the first year, with opportunities for increased earnings as a partner
  • Paid Time Off
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental plans for providers and their families
  • 401(k) with a 5.5% match

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
  • Patient Load: Average of 18 patients per day
  • Patient Panel: Small, capped at 450 patients
  • Work/Life Balance: No nights or weekends; 100% outpatient care
  • Administrative time included in the schedule
  • Dedicated care and support team, including a personal MA and scheduler
  • Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions
  • Focus on value-based care

Clinic Highlights:

  • In-house consulting specialists in Cardiology, Podiatry, and more
  • Holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition
  • Door-to-door transportation for patients

Requirements:

  • Valid NP license in the state of Ohio
  • Experience with senior patient care and managing chronic diseases preferred
