  • $60-$65 an hour
  • 13-week contract with possibility to extend
  • Schedule: Part-time/ Full Time (Weekdays only) (Tattoo Removal Certification Mandatory)
  • We are searching for a skilled Correctional Nurse Practitioner to join the team This unique position offers the chance to provide part-time tattoo removal services along with primary care medical services in a correctional facility. With a focus on compassionate care, you will work with inmates during weekdays, ensuring a safe and effective environment for your patients. This ongoing assignment offers the potential for increased hours as you establish rapport with the facility.
  • Nurse Practitioner will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
  • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  • Tattoo Removal Certification
  • 1 year of recent relevant experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
    Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
