This pivotal role will contribute directly to our mission of providing life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.Education and Experience• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, or related discipline. MD strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HEOR within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, preferably with expertise in rare diseases.
• Proven track record of leading successful HEOR projects, including economic modeling, outcomes research, publications, and evidence synthesis.
• Strong understanding of United States Market Access requirements and HTA processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and health economic modeling software (e.g., TreeAge, RWE).
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience in publishing HEOR research in peer-reviewed journals.
• Expert knowledge of relevant FDA, EU and ICH guidelines, initiatives and regulations governing medical information in post-marketing products 
• Start-up or small company experience strongly preferredKnowledge and Skills• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
