*Schedule: *approx. Mon-Fri 7 AM - 4 PM

*Rates: *

*- LPN *$35-$40 - case dependent

*- RN *$45-$50 - case dependent

*Requirements:*
* *ACTIVE: New York RN/LPN License and Registration*
* *BLS Card*
* *Medical documents (Physical, Quantiferon, MMR) within a year*
* *Malpractice Insurance*
* *At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience*
* *2 Professional References*
