What’s a typical day as a Member Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Providing World Class Member Service to credit union members and employees
• Greeting and welcoming members in a friendly and timely manner
• Completing cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining privacy and confidentiality of members' information
• Assisting in balancing the cash drawer, vault, and ATM/ITMs
• Opening accounts, ordering debit cards, and assisting with name changes
