* Hourly range: *$50/hour*
* Anticipated duration of this contract assignment: 13 weeks
* Anticipated hours: *Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p*

*Daily* *Range of* *Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse:*
* Provide direct patient care according to the therapeutic plan and individual patient needs as directed by the patient care plan.
* Perform selected prescribed treatments and nursing measures for the patient under specific guidelines.

*Job Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse:*
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Must have current LPN license in state of practice
* One or more year(s) of current experience in Home Health
* Home Care Home Base Charting experience
* Current CPR certification
* Current Driver’s License and auto Insurance
* Educated on and follows HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information
* Follows Infection Control, Standard Precautions and OSHA standards for the healthcare professional
