Requirements:
- Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare charts (Via EMR), Triage, rooming, lab requisitions, Pre-authorizations, Fill Scripts

- Assist healthcare providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with healthcare practices.
