About the position: Feldco is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will play a crucial part in shaping our digital marketing strategies across all markets. Working closely with the Head of Creative and the Head of Broadcast and Traditional Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and optimize our online presence to drive lead generation and boost customer engagement. Candidates must possess strong skills in SEO, SEM, paid media, and web analytics and should have the ability to mentor and develop their team. Familiarity with marketing automation and its integration into comprehensive marketing strategies is highly desirable.
  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics in the Midwest region.
  2. Lead Digital Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and performance objectives.
  3. Manage Digital Team: Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering their professional growth and expanding their capabilities in digital strategy execution.
  4. Ownership of Digital Channels: Manage and optimize SEO, paid media (Google Ads, FB Ads, etc.), email marketing, and website experiences to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Actively monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics and other tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  6. Budget Management: Manage the annual digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across different channels and campaigns.
  7. Collaboration and Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with other departments to integrate digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
  8. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Remain on top of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, implementing innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of B2C digital marketing and lead generation experience, with at least 5 years in direct paid media/performance marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads certification, and proficiency with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience in team management and development, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing organic search traffic, enhancing online visibility, and B2C lead generation.
  • Knowledgeable in attribution measurement across different media channels.
  • High-energy personality with strong initiative, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
