Are you the Program Director we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bring an energetic and positive approach while working with our students

Our  Rediscovery Independent Living (IL) Program houses individuals from 18-24 years old in small efficiency-type apartments or shared-living housing throughout the Metro, Boston, Central, Northeast and Southeast DCF regions (not including the Cape and the islands).

*Starting Salary:* $70,000 (negotiable with clinical experience).

*JRI Provides The Training So That: *
* YOU will be able to provide oversight and leadership to the staff consisting of the Assistant Program Director, Supervisors, Outreach workers, and Housing Coordinator at Rediscovery Independent Living to ensure that across all domains, youth are receiving state of the art, trauma informed care. 
* YOU will be able to provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to Rediscovery’s IL team.
* YOU will be able to provide responsibilities for the operations of all youth services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.

*Requirements: *
* Must be 21 years of age.
* Masters' degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university (preferred with a focus and experience in clinical assessment/oversight.
* At least five years’ experience with individuals who have experienced homelessness or in the foster care system, with at least three years at the management level. 
* Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting youth is required. 
* Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required and serve as an On-Call administrator. 
* At JRI, you will learn to provide verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our youth 
* Background and driving record checks will be performed.
