The Risk Analyst performs professional-level assignments that involve theoretical knowledge and application of principles in the areas of Contracts, Credit, and Asset Management. This role requires analyzing complex solutions, supporting negotiations, and ensuring effective contract administration and billing analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate credit terms with vendors and counterparties, including but not limited to Guarantees, Letters of Credit, and Credit Support Annexes.
  • Support negotiations to optimize credit terms and ensure compliance with organizational policies and protocols.
  • Contracts Administration:
  • Assist in the administration and tracking of contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and documented.
  • Provide support for contract-related inquiries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
  • Billing Analysis:
  • Analyze billing data in relation to contracts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in invoicing.
  • Work with finance and accounting teams to address billing issues and implement solutions as needed.


Solution Analysis:

  • Apply advanced knowledge and protocols to analyze possible solutions to complex issues within Mid Office Operations.
  • Use theoretical and practical expertise to develop and implement strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive records and reports related to contracts, credit management, and asset tracking.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years experience in Risk Management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of credit management, contract administration, and asset management principles.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in dealing with vendors and counterparties.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and billing analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant software or systems.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of accurately exchanging information in both written and oral formats.
