Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting a Commercial team or Investor Relations team
Hands-on experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prior experience working on internal and External presentation materials
Experience working with large datasets and distilling insights for both financial and non-financial audiences
Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, Data Visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Team Collaboration: Strong team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Commercial Data: Understand the reporting needs of the commercial organization and ability to support both sales reps and sales executives alike
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads, specifically the Commercial organization, to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
Develop, maintain, and improve commercial financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Coordinate the preparation of presentations for the board (Monthly Operating Review), lender community (Bank Decks), and other key stakeholders
Manage the preparation of commercial financial reports, dashboards, and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive cost reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies and support decision-making processes.
Facilitate the Performance Management Office’s reporting cadence and ensure alignment with business partners on expectations and requirements
Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance commercial reporting, analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety by complying with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, or near-miss events promptly. Participate in safety training and awareness programs to enhance knowledge and promote a safety-conscious workplace. Engage in proactive safety communication and initiatives to continuously improve our safety culture. Support and adhere to safety measures, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.
Regular use of computers and other standard office equipment.
Minimal physical demands, but the role may require extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required to manufacturing sites, meetings, or training sessions (Less than 10%: Once or twice a year).
