*Willow Way, LLC (soapequipment.com) is in search of a skilled CNC Machinist who enjoys improving processes and working in a small manufacturing environment. *

*As a CNC Machinist you will be:*
* Modeling existing and custom parts in Fusion 360
* Programming CNC mill
* Milling parts from materials including:
-Carbon Steel
-Stainless Steel
-Aluminum
-Plastic
* Setting up tools
* Working offsets
* Cleaning up parts
* Troubleshoot production issues
* Prototyping and engineering new products

This position and our team depends on teamwork from all employees, so this job will also include assembly and other tasks if needed to complete the task at hand.

We are looking for an organized and efficient candidate who can work well with others and is excited about learning new things. The ideal candidate has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, has good time management skills, and the ability to adapt in evolving work environments. Having the want and willingness to learn and excel is imperative to this position.

Requirements:
* 4+years of manufacturing experience
* Mechanically inclined
* Basic computer and mathematical skills
* Experience with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, micrometers
* Basic hand and power tool experience
* Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
