Duties:

- Ensure adherence to GAAP principles in financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial reports, including writing detailed reports
- Collaborate with financial sales teams to provide tax insights and strategies
- Develop and manage budgets related to tax planning and compliance
- Interpret financial reports to provide strategic tax advice
- Handle tax accounting processes efficiently
- Assist in estate planning activities

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- 10+ years of experience in tax management or related field

- Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles
- Experience with estate planning is a plus
- Familiarity with SOX regulations and compliance requirements
