SUMMARY
Maintains, coordinates, and monitors all design needs and updates at High Hampton Inn. Formulates designs that are practical,
aesthetic, and conducive to the intended purpose. Responsible for project budget management. Works under the direction of Senior
Property Designer and Director of Design. Reports to Senior Property Designer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Build and track High Hampton’s yearly design maintenance budget
• Source finishes, fixtures, furnishings, fabrics, lighting, hardware & accessories and present to Senior Property Designer
and Director of Design for approval
• Draw furniture floor plans if and when required
• Coordinate and manage FF&E installs and High Hampton Christmas installation and breakdown
• Monitor and maintain the appearance of all public areas of the Inn (x2 per day)
• Maintain the appearance of all guest rooms of the Inn
• Attend all Room Quest walks and coordinate any required outcomes in conjunction with the Senior Property Designer
• Coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs and installs
• Address and maintain all Design repairs listed on the KACE report
• Maintain Design Storage areas – both on-property and off-property at Midguard
• Maintain and update any required room photography on the P-Drive
• Coordinate any Design deliveries with shipping & receiving
• Assist BF designers who are working on HH’s private homes if/when needed
• Coordinate and submit any monthly credit card receipts
• Must understand our design approval process
• Must work well with other departments
• Must be able to work independently

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Experience in being part of a collaborative design environment
Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative environment
Easily adapts to changing priorities and tasks
Is proactive and asks questions
Professional-level software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Professional-level software proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Studio Software, experience not required but must be capable of learning
Must have a solid understanding of MS Office, databases and information systems
Must be capable of learning new computer software programs quickly

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Must be able to communicate with all Team Members in a professional and courteous manner
Must be able to establish relationships with outside vendors and communicate needs and requests to them accordingly

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic Math Skills

REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
