JOB DETAILS:Target Ratios: 1:5Shift: 3x12 Nights 18:45-07:15Call Requirement: NoneFloat Requirement: NoneWeekend Requirement: Every third weekend required; Weekend rotation required as needed
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Adolescents-geriatrics with an occasional pediatric patient. CHF, COPD, general deconditioning requiring PT/OT, and COVID.

UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Omnicell, Cerner, SBAR

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24hrs

SCRUBS: Navy Blue
Unit:50- Med-surgery
