*Job Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including clinics, assisted living facilities, and emergency medicine environments. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and assistance during their recovery or daily activities.

*Duties*
* Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
* Provide patient service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
* Support healthcare professionals in critical care settings by preparing equipment and assisting with procedures.
* Phlebotomize patients as needed for lab tests and other medical evaluations.
* Work effectively with children, providing care tailored to their specific needs in a pediatric setting.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team in a Level I Trauma Center to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

*Qualifications*
* Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in patient care is preferred.
* Experience in assisted living or clinic settings is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with medical records management and patient service protocols.
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations typical of emergency medicine environments.
* Strong communication skills to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment.
