As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the client's Missions by leading enterprise level systems engineering and integrated verification and validation across the client's Programs. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you’ll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Grow your skills by merging your expertise in Systems Engineering and Integration plus Verification and Validation (V&V) across Programs to create solutions that deliver integrated verification and validation for the client's portfolio of Programs. You Have:

10+ years of experience defining and executing Human Spaceflight System Engineering and Integration processes
Experience with Verification & Validation process of integrated systems
Experience authoring hardware certification plan that complements the V&V review plan
Experience reviewing hardware providers draft verification evidence
Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and programs to identify, assess, and evaluate integrated V&V and Certification plans, execution, and outcomes
Ability to work with technical teams and communicate up and out to senior client leadership
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

Experience in Human Spaceflight Programs, including EVA, Life Support, or Human Systems
Experience with flight certification of hardware
Experience with Systems Engineering tools, including DOORS Next Gen or Magic Draw
Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
INCOSE CSEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
