Salary: $23.00-$33.00 DOE

Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will work closely with the engineering and production teams, handling all maintenance activities on-site. This role is responsible for major repairs and the upkeep of production lines, aligning with departmental objectives and company goals. The mechanic ensures timely completion of assignments and meets both internal and external customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Address unexpected maintenance issues.
  • Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components, including motors, relays, PLCs, and switches.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment, including facility infrastructure.
  • Participate in production facility improvement projects.
  • Manage spare parts inventory.
  • Assist with production support activities as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Proficiency in general and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical background, with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
Skills
  • Knowledge of electric motors and controllers.
  • Basic understanding of PLCs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in English
