Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
What You Will Do:
The Global Patriot Program is looking for a Deployment Fielding & Sustainment (DFS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to plan and execute sustainment strategy of the fielded system, including on-site support staff, transportation of sustainment resources, field maintenance support, material procurement, return & repair, technical assistance.
As an IPT Lead you'll work closely with the Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Global Mobility, EXIM, IPT Leadership and Program Management teams to apply disciplined program management processes and utilize tools to establish and monitor metrics and trends to ensure excellence in execution.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Driving performance to cost and schedule targets
- Maintaining open and frequent communication with other program leads
- Generating/Leading proposal inputs on all relevant scope
- Resolving cost, scope, and schedule issues
- Establishing and driving roadmaps for sustainment activities
- Balancing alignment between program and product roadmap objectives
- Supporting the Risk & Opportunity process
- Regularly interacting with the USG customer and Country Unique Customer
- Developing and delivering advanced, system-specific training.
Domestic and International Travel may be required
This position is ONSITE and is based at either Raytheon's Tewksbury, MA or Andover MA facility.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically Requires: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 8 years of relevant Program or Project Management, Supply Chain or Engineering experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems or managing project or program cost, schedule and risk.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience as an Integrated Product Team lead
- Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities and with US Air Force / DoD Radar Programs
- Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems.
- Experience with proposals development/management
- Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes
- Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple, diverse and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
