- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - ongoing
- Up to 2 weeks per month of CV surgery call coverage
- Clinical Information:
- First assist
- Not just for emergency call coverage but will also assist in scheduled OR cases and inpatient rounding, including on weekends
- Supporting Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular surgery program
- Support Staff to include: Full nursing staff, 1 full time APP, and 3 full-time employed surgeons
- Practice EMR: Meditech
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Active ID License - Preferred
- Required Duties: able to harvest veins for surgery and assist in OR
- Must be board certified or board eligible
