You and your team are responsible for supporting the Arden Courts Mission and achieving our goals. The Resident Services Coordinator will: * Implement all policies and procedures established in the Risk Management and Infection Control Manuals to maintain a safe environment * Assess and monitor residents' health care needs through appropriate actions, training, consultation, and delegation * Hire, train, supervise and develop Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregivers * Delegate tasks and monitor service delivery for Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregiver staff * Order and maintain inventory of health-related supplies, equipment and supplemental services for residents * Creates an environment that encourages excellence; Promotes open communication between employees and management * Works with Executive Director in making move-in/move-out decisions and in developing individualized service plans * Completes nursing assessment and state required forms * Reviews building compliance with all corporate, federal, state, and local resident care guidelines Job Requirements License: Currently licensed as LPN in this state Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: 2 years of nursing supervisory experience required. 5 years in long-term preferred.
