Shift: Days 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Holiday Expectations: Yes, Holiday rotationWeekend rotation: Sat every 5-6 weeks, 1 day off during the week when working Sat
Requirements:
  • WA is part of the PT compact privilege states
  • Minimum 2.5 -3 years of experience
  • Gradated of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • BLS
  • OASIS certification preferred but not required
  • Home health/inpatient/outpatient experience highly preferred
Other details:
  • EMR: Cerner, transition to EPIC in June
Units: Physical Therapy - Home Health
