Serves as a CHIPS R&D program manager, for one of the Programs in the CHIPS R&D Office. Within each of these programs, duties of the applicant will include leading and providing strategic oversight for program portfolios, serving as a subject matter expert and managing complex projects related to semiconductors and related technologies. Demonstrates advanced expertise in semiconductors and related technologies. Exhibits strategic thinking, innovation, and high-level technical leadership. Leads significant contributions to semiconductor technologies, influencing industry standards, and driving organizational and industry advancements. Faces highly complex challenges in developing semiconductor technology solutions. Leads diverse technical domains and demonstrates visionary leadership in evolving technological landscapes. Serves as a subject matter expert for any grants, communities of practices, and/or prize challenges related to research portfolios. Assists with budget development and risk-informed
