Immediate projects may include enhancing the forecast model which will be the cornerstone for the company’s planning and forecasting processes. This role will also help evaluate key business opportunities for ROI, standardize KPIs and streamline FP&A processes. In that regard, we are looking for a top strategic FP&A talent who is motivated, flexible, and resilient to become a change agent for our company’s next chapter. Please note that this role in in office 4x a week so all applicants must be commutable distance from our Campbell office.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain bottom-up forecasting models (I/S, B/S, CFS) with a focus on forecast accuracy and adaptability to changing business dynamicsSupport end-to-end planning and execution of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly/monthly forecasts, LRP)Be a thought partner to company’s leadership team to provide actionable business insights and recommendations on strategic corporate initiatives based upon financial analysisPartner with cross-functional teams to refine key metrics (including SaaS metrics) and track their performanceIdentify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologiesProvide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting/statistics/computer science or other related field; Master’s Degree desirable.8-10 years of experience in Finance – minimum 5 years in FP&ATechnology company background is required. SaaS experience preferredExperience with Adaptive Insights is a plusExperience in corporate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting Hands-on experience in building financial forecast models on the 3 major financial statements (I/S, B/S, CFS)Advanced Excel User (Advanced formula, Pivot table, Power Pivot)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsTeam playerWell organized, attention to detail and ability to prioritize under fast paced environmentHands-on experience with NetSuite and SFDC is strongly preferredAdditional InformationWhat does Mirantis offer you?
