*Job Description Registered Nurse (RN):* The primary purpose of a *Registered Nurse (RN)* is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You will document daily care, health needs and changes, communicate with residents and families to provide a welcoming care experience and administer medications.

*Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN): *Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved *Registered Nurse (RN) *program.
