Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technologist

- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to: catheterization, phlebotomy, and other laboratory techniques.
- Collect and analyze samples, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field (preferred).
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT).
- Experience working in a research laboratory, clinical laboratory, or hospital setting preferred.
- Proficient in performing laboratory procedures and utilizing laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures is a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
