Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC, a private agency accredited by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE), impacts countless lives across South Florida by providing industry leading in-home, onsite or community-based Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy. B.F.S. is positioned to become one of Florida's largest and most trusted providers of ABA services. We are changing the face of ABA Therapy while improving patient outcomes one relationship at a time.
Your Role
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments
Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
Observes the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week
Provides supervision and corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary)
Discusses the client's progress with caregiver and caregiver concerns
Implements caregiver training related to the program objectives
Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
Completes daily progress notes
Attends monthly meeting with BFS administrative staff
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings
Attend and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatment
Coordination of care with PCP, Specialists, Other Therapists and Schools
W2 Benefits: (For full time employees providing 20+ Hours weekly, on average)
Annual Salary: $60,000 to $100,000

Requirements:
Must be an Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst on BACB
BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
Master's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency
Must possess a high level of integrity
MUST BE LICENSED
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Medicaid Credentialed is a plus
