Account Manager: Responsible for new and renewal account implementation, benefits technology case setup, and overall service of assigned accounts.
- Read and interpret provided plan documentation and benefit proposals
- Configuration of employee benefits portal and online enrollment system
- Facilitate system testing and tracking of project milestones
- Maintain implementation documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve as quickly as possible
- Professional and courteous communication with clients, IT team, sales team and upper management
- Support Regional Vice President in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
- Initiate renewal process for existing clients with AGM Benefits Producer
- Reviews policies and contracts for accuracy
- Provides technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issues
- Meets with clients as needed or directed by Producer
- Engages in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable agency management systems
- Provides exceptional customer service to the accounts of AGM
- Account Management: 2 year (Required)
- Employee Benefits: 2 years (Required)
- Strong preference for those with Selerix BenSelect software experience
- Competent with computers and Microsoft Office products
- Able to complete assigned cases and projects within pre-defined timelines
- Able to effectively prioritize work and multitask
- Team player possessing a positive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Good leadership, problem solving, and time management skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft office suite, and agency management systems
