Service Administrator

Previous experience in the heavy construction equipment industry or the automotive industry is preferred. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering customer phone calls, inputting service technician’s times onto work orders, processing work orders, ordering shop supplies, general office support for the service manager, etc.
Requirements for this position are:
Above average computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Highly motivated & organized
Ability to multi-task
Good customer relation & communication skills
Background in the automotive or heavy equipment industry (preferred)
