*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Resident Care:* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and performing basic wound care.
* *Care Planning:* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
* *Monitoring and Reporting:* Observe residents' health status, identify changes or concerns, and report to the supervisor as necesary.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' care, including medication administration, daily observations, and changes in condition.
* *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with other healthcare staff to deliver coordinated and high-quality care to residents.
* *Resident Advocacy:* Advocate for residents' needs and preferences, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and rights are respected.
* *Family Interaction:* Communicate with residents' families regarding their care, progress, and any changes in condition.
* *Safety and Compliance:* Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including infection control and safety protocols.
* *Emergency Response:* Assist in emergency situations, providing immediate care and notifying the supervisor as needed.
* *Continued Education:* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in long-term care nursing.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
* *Licensure:* Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Delaware or compact license,
* *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
* *Certifications:* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
* *Skills:* Strong clinical and observational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

5x8 Hr. Days (40 Hrs. per Week)

$1,480.00 per Week ($600.00 Taxable & $880.00 Tax-Free)
