In this role as a Full-Time RN, Registered Nurse Preceptor, you will train, coach and mentor newly hired RNS and LPNs. Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse Preceptor:

· A current nursing license in good standing in the state

· Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

· Previous Home Health Care experience is required as an RN Preceptor
