St. Josephs is seeking a dedicated (NP) - RNFA to join our team. Join a busy, high-acuity vascular surgery service that will expose you to a highly specialized patient population while also including direct medical management of the hospitalized patient. Responsibilities
- Manage pre and postoperative care of the hospitalized patient including performing rounds, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting appropriate tests, admission history and physicals
- Collaborate with and work at direction of attending physicians to form plans of care and manage hospitalized patients
- First assist in the operating room with all vascular surgery cases
- Inpatient only, no clinic
- NYS licensed NP (RNFA), DEA certified/eligible
- Strong surgical and inpatient experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Will train the right new graduate through our resident program with a comprehensive and supportive orientation process
- NP applicants must already possess their RNFA certification
- Non-Operative - Hourly rate range$47.00 per hour- 62.15 per hour
- Operative- Hourly Range $49.33-$74.08 per hour
- Robotic Certification - Hourly range- $50.81- $76.30
- $15,000 bonus for all new surgical PA hires (payment as follows):
- $5,000 starting bonus.
- $5,000 retention bonus
- $5,000 relocation allowance
