Your Next Career Opportunity – Real Estate Administrator II, Site Management

The Real Estate Administrator, Site Management provides contract drafting, contract interpretation, and administrative support to the Site Management Sales team within an assigned territory and in conjunction with the Senior Real Estate Administrator, Site Management.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

Draft and revise Site & Carrier Agreements and Amendments for upgrades, renewals, utilities agreements, etc. upon as needed and upon Carrier or Site Request.
Determine and designate document type needed for Amendments and Leases.
Review site implications and include pass through terms as needed for Amendments and Leases.
Collaborate and communicate with Legal on Carrier Amendment or Lease redline comments and/or changes.
Obtain Head Nods and COREA for Macy’s collocation and/or upgrades.
Determine and designate which what Sites require Exercise Notices and facilitate accordingly.
Prepare folders for Carrier Amendments and new Leases based on the CCP
Prepare Leasing Sheet by compiling required information for Account Executive Price Determinations
Obtain Carrier Construction Drawings, Lease Exhibits by following-up with Carrier point of contact.
Follow-up with Tech Ops for Owner review and approvals where applicable.
Compare Structural Analysis and Final Drawings to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and submit Deal Sheets for high profile sites, including follow up until approval is received.
Prepare outgoing and return FedEx labels and envelopes for Owners and Carriers as needed.
Take-In Amendments and Leases and update all applicable reports and trackers.
Scan partially and fully executed Leases and Amendments and maintain file directory and provide scanned documents to Carriers upon request.
Prepare folders for Senior Director, obtaining signature and/or review as needed.
Maintain template directory, including updating as necessary.
Assist Director, Site Marketing, Site Management; Territory Managers; Site Administration; Site Marketing Manager as needed.
Run Tenant Expiring Report to renew Carrier Leases before expiration.
Update Quarterly Forecast Report and Make the Site Management Lease Tracker.
Provide reporting to Senior Director and other individuals within the organization, as requested.
Provide high profile site owners with monthly or quarterly tenant activity reports in all territories.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

H.S. Diploma/GED Bachelor's degree preferred;
and 3-5 years administrative support experience with experience working with lease agreements and/or contracts.. Wireless telecommunications experience preferred.
