Available LPN Openings:

~ AMs PRN - 7a-3p, Weekends only - $39ph** + Shift Differential

~ PMs FT - 3p-11p, Must Work Every Other Weekend - Up to $44 ph**

~ Nights FT - 11p-7a, Must Work Every Other Weekend - Up to $44 ph**

~ PRN - all shifts - $39ph + Shift Differential

**$44 ph is the 'No Benefits' pay rate of $39 ph + Sign on Bonus of $5,000, paid at additional $5.00 ph = $44ph, + Any applicable shift differential. Actual rate will depend on benefit plan selected. No Bonus for PRN.

PRN pays $39ph + Shift Differential.

PLUS - Get Paid F A S T ~ With On Demand Pay(Certain conditions apply)

Shift Differentials:

Weekends, 1st Shift - $1.00 per hr.

Weekends, 2nd, 3rd shifts - $2.00 per hr.

Requirements:

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois

• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred

• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented

• Exceptional critical thinking skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
