~ PMs FT - 3p-11p, Must Work Every Other Weekend
~ PMs PT - Must work at least 64 hours per pay period
~ Nights FT - 11p-7a, Must Work Every Other Weekend
~ PRN - all shifts - $39ph + Shift Differential
**$39 ph is the 'No Benefits' pay rate of $39 ph + Sign on Bonus of $5,000, paid at $5.00 ph = $44. + Any applicable shift differential. Actual rate will depend on benefit plan selected. No Bonus for PRN. PRN pays $39ph + Shift Differential.

Requirements:of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Illinois
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults
