Full-Time or Part-Time Hourly

Setting: School-Home-Clinic

Rose Street Mental Health Care - Spectrum is an ABA-based intervention program. It is our mission to provide high-quality service to the families and their children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. We believe that each child has a unique set of needs. Our goal is to provide each child with an individualized intervention program that addresses communication, social, and behavioral challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:
BCBA certification
Two years of direct service work in multiple treatment settings
Understand and be able to utilize the following skill sets:

o Evaluate the efficacy of treatment

o Effectively communicate with families, staff, and other professionals

o Effectively implement therapeutic approaches across settings: school, clinic, and home

o Facilitate a team approach toward treatment

o Train & supervise staff

o Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data

QUALIFICATIONS:
BCBA certification and LBA in Texas preferred
Experience working with children
Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds
Able to sit on the ground or small chairs and bend and move at the waist
Criminal background check clearance
