*Job Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement clinical programs and provide oversight, coaching, and mentorship to therapists.
* Create and manage individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, modifying them as needed based on data analysis.
* Regularly communicate with caregivers to maintain continuity of care and ensure prescription fulfillment.
* Collaborate with other medical and service providers for comprehensive client care.
* Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through regular sessions, feedback, and documentation.
* Observing clients under simulated conditions to assess their behavior.
* Formulate treatment plans considering clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
* Administer treatment and tailor interventions as required.
* Efficiently manage time and resources to operate within set constraints.
*Ideal Candidate:*
* Open availability Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
* Demonstrated leadership experience.
*Job Requirements:*
* Master’s Degree
* Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/license
* CPR/BLS Certification (in-person; must be obtained before start date)
* Minimum 1 year experience in a BCBA role (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Familiarity with data collection methods and the ability to analyze data to inform treatment decisions
* Management experience
* Excellent communication skills
