Qualifications and requirementsApplicants are required to have graduated from an accredited nursing school and current state LVN license. Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support certification required.LVN IV certification completion within 90 days of hire.Dysrhythmia certification within six months of hire.Successful completion of arrhythmia course within six months of hire.
