Responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data and providing recommendations to management. Leads the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers, structures, and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Analyzes the results of data analyses and develops recommendations for improvements. Presents the results of the data analyses and associated recommendations to management and process owners.
  • Partners with the business to identify the appropriate data sources and analysis methodology to meet business needs.
  • Develops comprehensive cost benefit analyses to capture financial and other impacts of initiatives.
  • Leads the development of standard data analyses, reports, and dashboards.
  • Coaches and guides team members in statistical concepts, principles, and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or related quantitative field
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Statistics, Business, Forecasting, Data Science, or related quantitative field
  • SQL and/or SAS SQL, or related certification
  • In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Finance, Statistics, Business, Forecasting, Data Science, or related quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or related quantitative field
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Statistics, Business, Forecasting, Data Science, or related quantitative field
  • Advanced Excel Skills (Power Query, VBA)
  • PowerBI or other automated report development experience
  • Solid experience in Financial and Business Analysis
  • 5+ years experience with PPM tools and data

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
