We are currently seeking Construction Laborers to join our team in Spring Hill, FL. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup at the job site and supporting them throughout the job, which may include driving a support vehicle with equipment. You will also assist in the safe and efficient installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $18.00-$21.00 per hour dependent upon experience.

What You’ll Do:
Assist the Vactor / CCTV inspection operators with setup and provide support throughout the job
Assist in installing and repairing sewer, water, and storm drainage pipes, ensuring perfect alignment and proper connections
Drive support vehicles (pickup trucks) with equipment
Provide support and work in and around sewer and storm drains
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Collaborate effectively with the pipe crew, Pipe Crew Foreman, and other team members to coordinate pipe laying activities and achieve project goals
Learn / train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site

What We Need From You:
Experience as a Construction or Field Laborer is highly preferred
Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must have strong communication skills, be reliable, and be a team player
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
Comfortable working in and around sewer and storm drains
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Able to travel within the state of Florida when needed (Lodging & per diem provided)
