Essential Functions

  • Site Prep 
  • Underground utilities 
  • Equipment operation (skid steer, mini excavator, forklift etc.) 
  • Operating plate and jumping jack compactors 
  • Material Handling 
  • Operating various power tools 
  • Assisting Tradespeople / subcontractors 
  • Demo 
  • Basic Carpentry (trim and door install, bathroom partitions and accessories etc.) 
  • Jobsite Cleanup  
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning 
  • Safety Compliance
